Bayou Sunflowers Chefs (5th generation) will cook up New Orleans “Beignets / Crawfish Beignets” a 120-year old recipe passed down through the family and now, served up in Louisiana and also right here at the Crawfish Festival at the Cafe Monde Qvondeyz booth. Dubbed as the official state doughnut of Louisiana. These New Orleans doughnuts are the best! Soft, pillowy and light just like the ones at Cafe du Monde but taste even better! You can’t beat homemade.
